• Budget and Cost Analysis: Experience working with a variety of budgets from $10M ++
• Scheduling and Logistics: responsible for arranging and communicating master schedule for crew and talent; negotiation of
location permits and contracts; organizing domestic and international travel, transportation and accommodations for talent,
photographers and crew; overseeing supply and delivery of props, catering and shoot equipment, set design, styling and
props.
• Communication and Operations: managing communication between all parties of a production including photographer,
wardrobe, stylists, props, talent, casting, locations, and vendors; maintaining constant oversight and
communication with all parties to ensure the shoot runs smoothly, with the appropriate information; providing constant support and project management to photographers and creatives before and throughout shoot.
• Office Management: Excellent office management and communication skills, advanced skills with MS Office, Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, Confluence, Global Edit, Digital Asset Management systems.
• Labor Laws, Payroll, Contracts: . Experience negotiating talent, vendor and crew contracts.
• Celebrity Talent Handling: Familiar with celebrity talent needs including coordinating transportation logistics, riders and
special requirements, discretion and privacy
